Philosophy

Exceptional food and drinks start with a respect for ingredients and for people. We strive to make our kitchen + bar a reflection of the community we love, the ingredients that inspire us, and a platform for the people who make it great. By sourcing from local purveyors and allowing the creativity within our team to shine, we work together to serve stellar offerings and experiences with sincere hospitality, warmth, and some fun. Our casual, fine-dining restaurant is a gathering place for all, and a great place to get to know our spirits, space and team.

Food

We make food that shows a respect for ingredients and how those ingredients got to the plate. Food that has a sense of time and place, honoring how we live and how we grew up. Food is also about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about the farmers who grow it, the chefs who bring it to life, the people that set the table and the friends and family surrounding you. Most importantly, food is fun. We have a lot of fun making it, and it’s our hope that our food is shared with people you love, in a setting built and inspired by the community we love.

Cocktails

Our cocktail program reflects the spirit and creativity of our bar team, and the seasonality that inspires one-of-a-kind flavor pairings and transportive drinks. Twice a year, we release an immersive themed cocktail menu that encompasses a wide range of styles, spirits and flavors for those looking to imbibe in our unique distillery setting. The cocktail program not only highlights Watershed Distillery spirits, but also features rotating low-ABV and no-ABV drinks for all to enjoy.

Our location is bit of a hidden gem, but that's what you get when you decide to open a restaurant in the production facility.
